Hypnobirthing helps you to have the birth you desire – whatever that entails. I will give you all the information to make informed decisions and give you a toolbox full of techniques to prepare you for a calm, positive birth. Hypnobirthing is for all types of births, whether they are a vaginal birth – with or without pain relief – belly births (caesareans), and, especially, births that don’t go to plan. We also focus on giving your birthing partner the confidence and knowledge to be your birth advocate, to make decisions on your behalf and allow you to focus on meeting your baby.
Hypnobirthing focuses on breathing techniques, acupressure, soft touch and self-hypnosis, to bring you closer to the calm birth you and your baby desire. Birthing is an art and not an exact science, so there can be changes and challenges you go through. Hypnobirthing gives you the tools to deal with these head on, and remain calm during the process. |

Half Group / Half Private
For those couples that for any reason can only attend 1 of the group session, but do not want to do the full private course, we have you covered.
You can have the best of both worlds. Attending one of the group session and the other session done in the comfort of your own home. Availability of these session is limited Your Investment $675

My StoryI’m a mother to a beautiful little ‘hypnobub’ and I’ve always had a passion for birth, but after the beautiful birth of my son I finally found my calling. I took a drastic turn in my career and invested all my passion in becoming a Hypnobirthing Practitioner to help women achieve the birth they desire and deserve.
