What the course includes:

This 6-hour live training equips you with practical tools and insights to better support parents using hypnobirthing techniques during labour and birth. Whether you’re a student midwife, an experienced professional, or part of a maternity care team, this course will elevate your understanding of how Hypnobirthing tools and education support birth (physiological or medical) and help you foster truly positive birth experiences.

  • In my experience supporting couples, I’ve seen firsthand just how much of a difference it makes when their caregiver truly understands and respects the hypnobirthing approach. The shift in their birth experience is remarkable — and you can be part of that positive change.

  • ​You might have previously encountered Hypnobirthing methods that frame hospitals or interventions as “the enemy.” Let me reassure you: that is not how I teach. My approach is all about collaboration and working with your clinical skills to support families’ choices in an inclusive and evidence-based way. If you’ve never worked with my hypnobirthing couples before, I invite you even more warmly to join the course and see the results for yourself. Honestly, it’s unbelievable what this method can do for couples.

When I booked, I wasn’t particularly interested in the self hypnosis side of things, I just wanted a better understanding of what to do during the delivery of my second baby. Wow was I wrong!
