Positive Caesarean Hypnobirthing Courses

This amazing course is for couples expecting their baby’s through caesarean births. A caesarean can and should be a positive and beautiful experience. I first started teaching this course as I kept hearing how clinical the process can become, however it is the day that your baby enters the world and there are so many options available to you should you want them. There are also important tools and techniques that can be practices during pregnancy to give you and your baby the best start possible.

This course will go through the importance of a health mind and body, while discovering what actually is a positive birth and how to understand what this means for you personally. You will learn tools for birth, as well as knowledge on topics such as; helping close the hormonal gap, what options are available to you, baby’s microbiome, initiating breastfeeding, tips for health recovery plus much more. We will also do a hypnosis session to help release fears you may be holding. 

Private, private online & group sessions will be offered to couples. Group Sessions will be offered soon.
​The ideal time to start a positive caesarean course is between 25-32 weeks, although arrangements can be made if you are further along. It is never too late to benefit!
Private classes can run on your preferred day during the week.
