  2. Hypnobirthing Experience: Includes tickets for a Group Hypnobirthing Session for you and your birth partner. If you've already taken the course, opt for a refresher session to ensure you feel confident and prepared. 
  3. 2 Tailored Pre-Birth Catch-ups: Benefit from two pre-birth catch-up sessions. One to delve into the finer points of Hypnobirthing techniques and another to discuss your birth preferences and specific needs leading up to your birth.
  4. Unlimited Pregnancy Support: Reach out anytime via phone, text, or email. I’m here to address your questions, alleviate concerns, and provide the reassurance you need. Our commitment is to offer continuous guidance and emotional support throughout your pregnancy.
  5. On-Call Support: From 38 weeks pregnant, we're on call to support you through your birth until you're settled with your new little one. Our goal is to provide unwavering support, helping you feel safe, empowered, and like the birthing queen you are during your labor.
  6. Capture the Moments: If you're open to it, we'll document your birth experience through photos, delivering them to you on a USB. It's a beautiful way to cherish and remember this transformative journey. Please note that I am not a professional Photographer.
  7. Postpartum Care: Our support doesn't end with birth. We'll conduct one postpartum visit, offering gentle care and support during this crucial transition to motherhood. Ensuring both you and your baby have the best start together.

This package includes a beautiful pregnancy care gift bag to support you during pregnancy as well as some homemade postpartum specific snack and a meal during our sessions to support you through your recovery.

Antenatal Support

If you would like someone to walk beside you during your pregnancy with private meet up to discuss anything the comes up during your pregnancy and to help prepare you for your birth. 
These packages are tailored specifically for you. We can go as in-depth as you desire. 
Packages start at $850 and include ticket for you and your birth partner to a group hypnobirthing course or refresher program. 

Birth Attendance 

If you would just like support during your birth experience without the pre and postnatal support this I can also offer you birth attendance package. This includes 1 prenatal visit to establish a relationship, where we can go through your birth preferences. I will be on call for your birth. During your birth I will bring my doula bag which you will have access to all my best kept birthing secrets as well as my camera (not a professional) to capture this magical experience.

Embarking on your postnatal journey is a unique and transformative experience as you transitions through matrescence, and I am are here to ensure that you have the nurturing support you need during this precious time. This thoughtfully designed package is crafted to offer comprehensive assistance, understanding the diverse needs that arise as you transition into parenthood.
Package Highlights:

 6 Weeks of Nurturing Postnatal Visits (Up to 2 hours each):
Personalised support to aid your recovery and adjustment to your new life as a parent.
Create a restful environment conducive to relaxation and well-being.
Expertly prepared nourishing postnatal snacks and drinks, to meet your nutritional needs.
Assistance with household tasks, allowing you to focus on yourself and your newborn.
Take precious moments for yourself, whether it's a nap or a calming bath, while we attend to your baby's needs.
You choose to have one visit a week over 6 week (ideal) or you can book them in to suit you. We can discuss what is best for you. 
These sessions are designed to help you recover and transition into motherhood, the sessions are personalised and look different for everyone. 

 Emotional and Mental Well-being Support:
A comforting and non-judgmental presence to genuinely listen to your experiences.
Facilitation of the birth debriefing process if desired, providing space for expression.
Support for emotional challenges, relationship shifts, mental health concerns, mindset changes, and addressing any fears or concerns you may have.
