Birth Bootcamp with Belly Birth and BubsThis one day intensive learn tools to take into your birth experience.
These session will mainly be focus on setting up the role for your birth support. They play an incredible role during labour (not as incredible as the birthing mother!) and they have a lot that they can bring to the team. The reason I set up this course is because working as a birth doula I saw all too often birth support being pushed to the side. I saw huge feeling of overwhelm, fear and anxiety coming through. The difference it makes for the birthing mother and birthing support is huge. Being able to become a birthing team, it’s a beautiful bonding experience.
